I contacted the team to line up a rental car when my car went in for repairs.I was told an email had been sent and someone would be in touch to confirm the details. Nothing happened.I called 3 days later and was told that they could see I had called, but no email had actually been sent, but that they would do it now and follow up with their internal team. By this time it was the Friday before my car was due to go in. Nothing happened that day, so I called again at around 5pm and got hold music for an hour so gave up.Monday morning, my car was collected so I called and asked to raise a formal complaint as noone had contacted me, my car was gone and I had no transport. Waited until late in the afternoon and nothing had happened, so called again. Was told the same thing that I had been told over a week earlier.Staff appear fine and appear to be doing their best. However, something in their process is clearly broken as I remain without a replacement car and appear to be no closer to getting one.
