Absolutely appalling service.Car taken to storage and not moved to garage for 3 days. No courtesy car till at garage. When car arrived at garage, asked for courtesy car. Lady surprised I hadn't already got one. But none available so I would have to wait!I asked for a car to be hired but as was weekend, nothing would be done till Monday. That will mean 5 days without a car if it arrives then. Absolutely dreadful service.
