Occasionally, no matter what you do, you have a case which just goes wrong from start to end. It’s nothing intentional, it’s not true to form, nor is it deep poor practice or negligence necessarily, it’s just the law of sod.My car was that law sod. Over a period of nearly 2 months. FMG however were outstanding. Yes, it took four attempts to get the car right, but really the service they provided in terms of making sure that it was corrected was exceptional.To me, it’s not about an error, it’s about how you deal with it. And the whole team in the Slough/Burnham repair Centre were awesome.I thank them all for their perseverance to do the right thing. I want to personally highlight the services from the driver Anthony, front of house Tamara and April, and of course, Keith (a.k.a. Andy - you know who you are).Your relentless pursuit of making it right was awesome. And never once was I out of touch or out of a courtesy car.
