I purchased a 1:24 model and a 1:18 model. Based on the specifications provided online, I decided to buy some upgrades to install upon arrival. To my surprise, I found conflicting specifications listed. I spent around $130.00 on upgrades, but they all turned out to be too large. Additionally, the larger model arrived damaged, and despite reaching out to the support team, I haven't received any reply. It seems like they might be dealing with a lot of complaints. Unfortunately, there aren't many upgrade options available for these models, unlike other brands that offer a wide range of upgrades.
Love the product will keep shopping from you. Just don’t like the fact that from the purchase date to the actual day it ships is 4 to 5 days to complete the order and get into the hands of the post office. You can do better.
The guys I deal with are awesome with helping me with issues. I have ordered a LOT of parts. I order a part that says in stock then get an email that it’s ready for shipping yet it doesn’t move for about 7 days or more. In stick part's, shipped from Florida shouldn’t take 2 weeks or more to get to Illinois.
