Gift cards cannot be used online, items are not in store, they do not pick up the phone (none of the stores), not the national number, no replies on my emails. Went to the store, the know about all of this, but cannot help it either.They even advised against ordering the item online as it would most likely not be in stock anyway and it could take weeks to months before being reimbursed.So, don't buy at FNAC. By their own advice...
