I've had mixed experiences with this company. One thing is for sure, the online service is bad. I ordered earbuds which didn't arrive until 2 weeks later, so I had already gotten them from another store. Unfortunately there's no option to cancel your online order anywhere on the website. I e-mailed them, no reply; called them, was helped after 30 mins on hold. Store service is okay, some employees actually make an effort to help you, while others are just there for their salary.
