This place is so shady. I got a pool loan and trying to pay extra each month to principle. When you make your payment there is no option to pay extra to principle. Call in and they want to give you the run around about it that they will put in a support ticket but it’s up to support if they will move the payment to princ. And they wont do it every month. They do it this way because they can keep charging you more on interest since your principle is not going down. If you are not behind they shouldn’t dictate how you want your payment allocated. They just want to make as much interest off of you are they can. Not to mention when they first payment to the pool builder is paid you now have the full amount of the loan accruing interest even though they didn’t pay it yet.
