I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received from Matt. During the property photos, he moved items around “to improve the shot” but then left them in completely inappropriate places, which actually made the photos look worse. For example, he removed the toilet roll from the bathroom to make that photo look better, but then left it visible in a bedroom photo.
When I asked for this to be edited, I was told it was my estate agent’s problem and that he had “done his job”. I don’t think it’s unreasonable to expect basic attention to detail when marketing a home.
He then texted me at 8:50pm. I called at 9pm to discuss the issue properly and was told I was “harassing” him and was even called “pathetic” for wanting the photos of my home to be right. During the conversation about customer service, he also asked what I did for a job, which was completely irrelevant and unprofessional.
I would not recommend based on my experience. Professionalism and basic customer service were seriously lacking.
