Would give zero stars if possible. Honestly awful experience so far. Had a consult booked (and paid for in advance as they won't see you until the service is paid upfront prior to the appointment).Had all my texts and email reminders sent to me (so had the correct date and time). I never received my telehealth call. By the time it got to being over an hour and a half late i had emailed 3 times and at the almost 5 hour late mark I had emailed 4 times asking where the Dr was as Elite Focus does not have a contact number and i never heard anything back from Elite or the Dr i was booked to see. I have not heard anything back regarding the money i paid (not a cheap service either) for the service i never received either. Still awaiting response from both Dr and Elite Focus. Really disappointed and let down by the patient care and zero communication.
