The advertised AI features didn't function properly after editing, leading to everything being out of sync. Manual edits, such as subtitles, weren't feasible, rendering them ineffective. Recording was also problematic; I expected to review and re-record, but the only options were to pause and continue, which malfunctioned and froze the screen, forcing me to restart. Additionally, I couldn't add previously recorded content to compensate for the poor recording capabilities. I faced audio sync issues during export, which they did address upon request, allowing me to use the version I recorded with this frustrating tool. Despite their attractive money-back guarantee, the refund process has been a nightmare. The support system insists on resolving every issue I encountered manually, and this process has dragged on for weeks. They asked for my files where problems arose but lack an adequate upload system for an 8-minute video, wasting a lot of my time. Ultimately, even with one issue fixed, the overall experience warrants only 1 star. I'm still hoping to receive my refund and not waste more time on this.
