I learned after I purchased Volt 2 that there is no telephone support. None. I'm an old guy re-engaging audio interfaces. I was shocked there was no support. I tried multiple times. Nada.
Moreover, their printed material is substandard, focused on technically advanced consumers.
So, if you are relatively new to audio interfaces, stay away. I returned the Volt 2 and bought a Focusrite Scarlett 2i2. It's great! And, I had an issue (mostly my poor understanding) and I got to a tech advisor (Joseph) who led me through things (via email on their site). He was patient and helped guide me.
He even helped me set up my new MacAir with the Scarlett. Way above the call, but needed because Apple support is also iffy and it's been years for me.
Universal Audio? Bah! Escape to Focusrite.

We believe in enriching peoples' lives through music, and we're proud to play our small part in that massive endeavour.
We make audio interfaces, and that's all we do. It's the job of an audio interface to sit between you and your sound being shared with the world, and we're the best in the world at making that happen.
