I will recant another review title: "Terrible, terrible company."- VERIFIED.Here is my unfortunate and time wasted experience with Focus V:After getting everything from Puffco, the only thing left was to try everything from Focus V, to compare and enrich dab sessions with variety.The Carta2 has its flaws in function and design (wireless charging is not compatible with a samsung trio pad due to FV's hardware, it is supposed to work. The device buttons to interact with the C2 are badly thought out, 4 presses to lock and 5 to turn on and off.... Come on guys! Ridiculous)The C2 stock glass is too big and airy (compare vapor density to your peak pro), by purchasing a custom glass replacement with a similar sized glass chamber to peak pro, GREAT DABS! Blatant design oversight on their part. The device should have equilibrium by default. Anybody that loves the stock glass should try a custom one from Zees Vapor to level-up their c2.Now the headache begins:IntelliCore MAX is released July 10th 2024...I decide to order it on the second release a few weeks later as the stock atomizer is too small. I end up having to checkout 3 times with different cards from EU & UK, Credit and Debit, all working good in every purchase before and after..All 3 FAIL for no reason after successfully making the payment from my banks using industry standard verification.I contact FocusV on Instagram and email and they say, "the last card you used is now whitelisted in our system. It will go through now"I eagerly jump on the checkout again, knowing stock is limited.. FAILED. They appologise and ask to be sent the card and order details on Instagram chat.... Great security huhAt this point i have 4 'successful' from my 4 payments. 3 of them, $375 blocked pending for 7 days. A debit card, $125 blocked pending for 21 days.They apologise again and thats it. I cannot do an international order on their website unless i want to send my cars details on IG.That was the end of that dream.To note, i had made a payment first time to ZeesVapor another USA company. The problem is with FocusV, and their lack of competence. nothing to do my cards.Finally, my brother from UK is in Florida, he says to send the MAX to his hotel and he will bring it to europe. I DM FocusV on IG and they say again "weve got your back, we can get it there before X date when your Brother leaves Florida". I get excited and we arrange it all, this is on a friday. I was told the shipping would be urgent and paid $11 extra for priority.On Monday the warehouse produced the UPS label and we got an email. That was the end of it.I went on IG chat on Thursday and said what is going on. They say "its shipped, its your problem now" literally..I present the UNSENT UPS tracking info image and they disappear a few hours then ask the order number.I say look, you guys have failed once again in your promise to me, it has not been sent, we can see that. Refund it as there is no way you can ship and deliver before he leaves Florida the next morning. The UPS shipping label was booked in/paid and the package never collected for whatever reason. I later that night get a message from my brother saying he had a refund of the MAX and a Saber, but not the $11 extra for shipping.At this point i received few further messages from support on IG. I provided a screenshot of the shipping charge that wasnt refunded and it is viewed then ignored.They are not interested.And they're looking for investors.. nuts.--Now, i have 2 Focus V Saber Hot Knifes, a Clear and a Midnight Blue.THEY ARE AMAZING!! Best hotknife pen available. BUT...The Midnight is robust, strong, beautiful. (Owned 3months)The Clear feels great, looks incredible. (Owned 1.5months, used for 2.5weeks)-i noticed CRACKS appearing in The cap and the base of the clear plastic. the material in this specific saber or all the clear sabers are weak/crack... I hope it is only this one as it was my favourite for the 2 weeks i used it at home.I made a video so they could see the problem clearly compared with the older Midnight saber. Only wanted to replace it..sent the video to them on IG (before the florida mess), they quickly responded and said go here: do this: tell us here. "We'll make sure youre taken care of".3 weeks later, i had some time to register the clear saber and create a support case 26th Sept. Today 8th October, zero response.Yesterday i asked on IG Support why they arent replying. Maybe there is a big backlog.. i dont know so i asked.They are Active on IG all day and dont even check the messages. Then i look at Trustpilot and everything adds up. (Look at the other reviews.)Such a waste.Hope they do a corp restructure and get rid of the dead weight in the companyas Puffco needs a solid competitor!I will update this if they return my brothers $11 for the unshipped order and/or if my Clear Saber case gets acknowledged.
