Terrible company. I purchased a focus v Carta 2. Have had it replaced 6 times and EVERY SINGLE TIME it breaks again. When I ship them back they test and deem it "defective" and send me a new one. That one will last about 30 days before it starts having problems again. Finally I just gave up on this device. It sits in my closet collecting dust. It's a $300+ paperweight now.
