Terrible terrible company. Order the focus v carta 2 two weeks ago. Got an email stating they’d ship within 48 hours and never received email with shipping details. Emailed them again and they said last week they’d ship end of the week or begging of this week the latest. It’s now the end of the week and still hasn’t shipped. Support stopped emailing me back and now I think I’m beat out of $350. Terrible terrible company and support is a joke. Stay far far away.
