This product has made eating less anxiety ridden. I’ve tried other products and take prescription medications but adding this into my routine has made a tangible difference. I have less discomfort and bloating overall. And I don’t have to avoid eating foods that are higher on the FODMAP list like I used to. Great product and looking forward to seeing what other items I’m going to try next!
