Ordered a cake for the 30.12.21 for my sons birthday in Greve center, Received a call from the Manger of the bakery saying the bakery is run by another company and they cannot make the cake l asked for. Instead l agreed to order the luxus chocolate cake. I received a call 2hrs before my guests will arrive to say the cake never came and this was from one of the young male workers. l was furious and l was told there was nothing they could do in the end l was informed l could buy an Othello cake instead.... OMG!! Having no other option nor choice l was forced to say yes so he put 5 to one side for me. I came to collect the cakes and informed the young lady at the desk that they male person l spoke to said l could have the cakes for 60kr per cake plus he will give me one for free. She said she needed to confirm with her boss who was standing by the kiosk, he did not have the decency to come to me and apologise as he was the one who contacted me to inform me that they no longer own the bakery. Very bad service this. He just stood there l do not call him a professional not even a Manger the young female who served me kept saying sorry it was not even her fault. I ended by having to pay for the cakes, the whole party was ruined the cake was supposed to be the surprise. What a horrible service from the Management side. Even when l called the so called Manager on his phone the same day to tell him l heard the cake did not arrive he said who are you, where did you get my number, this is my private nr?? Until l informed him you were the one who called me a couple of days ago. He was not very nice at all. I would like to know if he forgot to order the cake after he spoke to me. It cannot be that a well established company will forget to send an order. I would like to have the name of the company so l can ask them if my sons cake was ordered or l would like proof on where and how this went wrong. I don´t have an order nr. as it was ordered at Føtex bakery at from the beginning. I have ordered cakes many times from the same bakery and have been happy and satisfied with the service UNTIL now. I will NEVER EVER recommend anyone to order from Føtex again.
