I really wanted to like this place but they absolutely messed up my take out order as a FIRST TIME GUEST.I ordered the Date Night package online through their website and it was very easy to use and complete the order. The prices were as expected so when the total with tip came to about $200, I wasn't surprised. What did surprise me was how what I ordered and what I was given was COMPLETELY INACCURATE. Firstly, I ordered the Date Night package with the bone in ribeye. They gave me filet mignon and salmon. Did they contact me and ask if they could make this change? No, they didn't. - 1⭐️Secondly, the Date Night package comes with a bottle of wine. Did I get the wine? No, I did not. I asked for the wine when I picked up the order and was told (not by a manager) that "ABC laws won't allow them to give me" the paid for wine. Instead, they subbed a Shrimp Cocktail. Did they call before I arrived and ask if they could do that substitution? No, they did not. Instead, they subbed a much lower cost item for the wine. Also, it's not against the law to sell me a sealed bottle of wine. If it was, they shouldn't have the option on the menu and Cooper's Hawk wouldn't exist. - 1⭐️Thirdly, I ordered extra pão de queijo. Did I get the extra bread? No, I didn't. WTF. That's really all I wanted... - 1⭐️Overall, the food was OK, it was well packaged, and we enjoyed what we could. However, I will NEVER order take out from them again and if I have to, I will rip the bag open in the restaurant and ensure that my order is accurate BEFORE I drive an hour all the way home. The whole experience makes me not even want to dine in. Next time, I'll just wait for Texas de Brazil to open. Never had an issue there.
