This is the worst customer service we have experienced. We first had a problem with the tap turning a funny colour they sent a replacement out which didn’t fit then another tap was sent out and that worked but a couple of months later it snapped at the base we asked for a replacement and was told we would have to by new as replacement parts are not under warranty.
