After paying for my tap I was told it was out of stock. It was almost impossible arranging to choose another and to get a refund on the difference. Then another very long wait (months) for fitting. The fitting was poor quality. The tap looks not so great and seems the levers are the wrong way around. In addition I paid for two years service but can I find how to call them? Nope. Prior to this I had a beautiful tap from a different supplier and I wish I had ordered from them!!
