They welcome you to their community and thank you for chosing them. It's the best customer service i have experienced in a long time. I haven't received my reformer yet - i am very excited. And i have full confidence that if there are any hiccups with the reformer, that they will be able to help with out hesitation. Although from what i have seen so far on their socials and from other reviews, I don't think there will be any issues at all.
