I ordered my apple pencil here last 13th of september as I have seen that they had the cheapest when I searched the toppreise site. It stated in their site that the delivery is around 19-21st of September, which was ok for me given the price. But today, after 5 days from my order, I received and email saying that their new estimated delivery is sept 28-29. I emailed them if I could just cancel my order since they are pushing the delivery for another week and their response is I think an automated one as it is the same as the one I read in a review here. Partly, it is my fault that I did not research enough about the bad customer service of this store in prior. Lesson learned for sure. I am never gonna buy in Foletti anymore.Ps. I did have screenshots for proof and I also sent it to them by email but the response is useless.
