Worst decision we ever made. Missing money and zero support

We signed up for Foodhub POS and their online ordering, and it was a massive mistake. We've had nothing but issues for 3 months:The Software is ancient: It’s very old software that doesn't work for modern dining. We couldn't get the menu to work right and station printing was a nightmare. Support is horrible—staff are actually rude and never follow up.Suspicious Payments (Datman): They use a company called Datman for payments. Money went missing, there's no transparency, and the reports are a mess. I’ve spent hours trying to work out if we even got paid what we were supposed to.Broken Promises: They promised account management at sign-up, but once you pay the setup fee, you’re on your own.STAY AWAY: Even after telling them we wanted to cancel, they kept trying to take money out of our accounts. I had to cancel my bank cards to stop them, yet they still claim I have a "negative balance." Avoid these guys at all costs.
