I ordered food for a celebration at my company. The restaurant called me 20 minutes after the food should have been delivered - in despair - where is the driver? I contacted Foodora support, and after a long wait they gave a lame excuse that it was a long distance to drive (it takes less than 10 minutes) and that the driving conditions were poor (they were perfectly fine, I drove the same distance just minutes ahead of the meeting). 45 minutes after the food should have been here, they cancelled the order. Prepare for disappointment and going hungry - Foodora does not take their customers seriously.
