I customized the Name on one of my jerseys but the customization was not listed on the receipt or confirmation email. So I needed to ask if the customization had been received (or lost) and was PROMPTLY responded to (in less than 5 minutes!) that they had received the correct details. This was a HUGE relief. I was expecting a long battle trying to get an answer! lol Sorry that's just the way of the world it seems nowadays... Hopefully they fix their site to carry the details of my order (including customizations) through to the receipt and email confirmations but this does not reflect at all on their STELLAR service!
