The most stressfull time ever.The speed and lack of communication and standerd was 29 months of hell.we had two solisters working for us in 20 months the 1st was either not in the office or in a meeting not sighing work off for weeks and weeks at the time.team building for the whole office working from home extreamly rude and spoke to us like we where children. The Solicitors where in control they sent the photographers round to take pics of my dads house did not inform any of the family. So that day i went to check on the house i pulled up and the blinds where moving i jumped out ran down the drive opened the back door and they where standing in my dads property i thought we had burgers i ask who gave there permission i was told to contact the esate agent, i rang themthey said nothing to do with us contact the solicitors. The Solicitors asked for the for sale borad up .5 weeks the board was up and the solister hadn't sighed it of the esate agent rang but still was not sighned off.they hold back money and hold back money for months a time the house sold and week didnt get paid for over a month with out ringing and asking where is it.that was january we only got the final money that was in april time wasters and holding money back please read and take in what happened to us we lost posible viewings and a better price on dads house due it not being sighned off
