Misleading reviews, I originally read these reviews when choosing Forbes for my conveyancing case thinking there would be some sense of 'professionalism' and 'quality service' however, they were quick to prove me wrong. Continuously had to chase up phone calls and call the office 2/3 times for a callback from my case handler. Had to wait on average 5 days for a reply every time I sent an email yet they say 'we have a large workload' which they've said for the past 3 months yet for some reason continue to take on more cases which they apparently can't handle. The only reason they get 2 stars is because I highly doubted they would've even completed my case but that was after constantly chasing them. Do not recommend for conveyancing.Update: the firm flagged my review even though they know I’m a previous customer which is why TrustPilot can’t remove it. What an ‘honest’ firm!
