The representative was friendly initially, but the mood shifted when I indicated my desire to cancel my policy and expressed concern over the approximately £90 cancellation fee. While I recognize that businesses need to make a profit, I find it hard to accept being charged for no longer having a vehicle. It's curious how the attitude transitions from welcoming during the policy purchase to unfriendly when canceling. Perhaps I should also consider charging for the time I've spent addressing this issue while recovering from surgery.
