The representative was nice at first, but the atmosphere changed when I mentioned my intention to cancel my policy and expressed my concerns about the nearly £90 cancellation fee. While I understand that businesses need to be profitable, it feels unfair to be penalized for not having a car anymore. It's interesting how the tone shifts from friendly during sign-up to unfriendly during cancellation. Perhaps I should also consider charging for the time spent resolving this matter, especially while recovering from surgery.
