I WOULD NOT have your car serviced here. I booked my car in for a service over two weeks ago. I was told to drop it down at 10 for it to be ready by 11. My husband took the car down to be told the car would not be ready until 2pm. I contacted the garage who told me that I MUST HAVE MISS HEARD WHAT WAS SAID. I explained to the rude lady (who is a supervisor) that she would need to listen to my telephone conversation and then make her judgement. She was unable to do this. I wonder why? They were also extremely rude to my husband in store. I will be making a formal complaint but convenitely no body was able to take my call after my first conversation. I then went to my local ford garage who were very helpful and even asked if it would be more convenient for them to collect my car! I WILL NOT go to this garage again for work or for a car!(I have seen a similar thing in a previous review which clearly shows this is not a one off)
