Any thing you do in life, you have to put the work in. I'm sorry, anything that is stating to make you 100k/yr is still going to be hard work. it is 100% free; if you know what to look for, but unfortunately % of the US population does not foreclosure funds even exist. I'm a banker and did not know about this. I was skeptical at first, and had a couple hundred dollars to blow, so I bought the starter course and joined their social media platform. After HOURS of studying, researching, learning the course material, i began to understand the industry and the differences of each State. I created an LLC, and was able to do invest in the master course. This is a business, you get what you put into it.Again, anything you do in life requires effort and drive. This is now my side business, outside my banking career. I have a foundation for which I am now starting and can see the benefits.I am a slow and cautious person by nature, so my experience may different than others. but the question you should ask yourself, can you make a business out of this, and can you replicate a scale of success? My answer is yes, anyone can if they are prepared to learn.
