The Leadership Mindset is a crucial piece to the training because it deals with personal and private hangups that keep us from succeeding. It helps us identify the fears that keep us back and also useful tools to see and face them with a new perspective. I gave it a 4 because I believe that the expectation to close a deal within the time frame given at enrollment is unrealistic. Just because a handful may have closed within that time frame, it is not the norm. It puts undue stress and a sense of failure for not reaching that preset goal.
