Received Notification that my plate was recorded as having not paid for fuel in Southampton - I live over 400 miles away ! - Reviewed evidence further to scanning QR code on Forecourteye letter - My Plate had been cloned ! - Contacted Police and DVLA forwarded details - Forecourteye closed the case immediately - all within two days of receiving the letter.
