Again 1 star does not reflect the discusting nature of this company. The defenition of Extortion is defined as "obtaining something of value through use of threats or coercion, often involving intimidation."We do not live in America and the defining difference about our scociety is it is fare, something that Forecourt eye as a business model seem to have skipped over. Fare would be their machine alerting the customer the transaction is not complete at point of sale. Fare would be a letter apologising and requesting payment for the fuel and only the fuel. Fare would be a complaints proceedure on the letter and a clear way of contesting the accusation.Unfare is asking for money and then treatening someone, that is extortion. Fuel £19.71 admin costs £35. The assumption is that my son did a runner, but if there is no way of knowing you have not paid for the fuel, how in the hell is this fare. This is not even extortion, it is entrapment followed by extortion. Please get this comany to revue it business model as at the present time it is not fare and right. I get the fact they are trying to run a business and need the £35 but skipping a simple request to pay something that someone had no idea it had not been payed is not right. Please get anyone who has been caught out to raise this with trading standars and we just might get them to change their business model.
