Hi, I would like to report forecourt eye which is debt collection agency based in Leeds and above mentioned address in the beginning.I fuelled up my car at the one of MFG own petrol station based in Mirfield Dewsbury on the above mentioned date, but when I went to pay I realised the barclys payment services were down (Its all over the news) and was not working, So I called from the site to the barclys then and there but the waiting time was over an hour and had to go to work however, I stayed on site for almost over half an hour to see if I can sort this and make payment, but unfortunately did not, So I spoke to the guy on counter and ask if I can come back next day and make payment. But unfortunately he refused and said you will have to fill the form, to which I insist can I not come back and make a payment, He said Yes you can but you have to fill the form, So I innocently filled the form and also given all the requested infromation, To this point I did not know that I am giving my information to the Debt collection agency and never come across something like this before where the company submit the company information straight away to the debt collection agency, and its not like I ran away form the Spot, I actually offered different method of payment. After filling all this form I left the site ad about waiting in queue for over a hour finally I spoke to the barclys executive and he assured everything will be fine i short time of period.Very next day as I promised I went back to the same petrol station and I offer payment in by card again however, the counter guy refused to take the payment and said and I quote " Sorry I cant take payment as even if i do it will still show online that you have not paid, So wait for the letter or email and pay online. Also I dont know how to take payment online". So I left the site and as advised decided to wait.I received the email from fourecourt eye saying you have to pay extra £60 admin fees on top of the £15 which is the original amount, So I went back to the site again next day ad said I am willing to pay the cash, but like previously the same guy efused to take the payment, So now I have offered all available payment method to MFG but they are the one who refuse to take payment.So I Decided to speak to this company who sent me letter, However the company do not work over the weekend and since I work full time never got chance to speak to the company, So today I took a day off from work to which I have lost over £139.00 which is my daily income.However, upon ringing fourcourt eye I found out that on the other hand people who are sitting are not there to help but they there for being sarcastic, rude, very unempathetic and provocative goons and gangsters.Once I called the company they person who answered the phone after 13.5 minutes was straight to the interruption and won't let me talk or explain the situation, So I had to ask to stop, once I start talking she started interrupting again, and without empathy for going through all the hassle even after trying to make payment she very rudely said " I know what you are trying to do here, Your are trying to wave of the fees and that is not happening here". I was completely shocked the way she handled the query. Throughout the call conversation she kept repeating her self that its not happening, and kept over talking, not only that she said no one else from our team will talk to you in future, which really p##D me off, why would you talk like that, and paint everything in black and white or trying to paint community in black and white not directly but indirectly..?Why I have to suffer and have to go through of all this hassle due to the issue of 3rd party, I offered all the other alternatives but if the MFG does not have trained people where is my fault?Note: Every single other people who reviewed this company just so you know - This company works with Motor fuel group based in Herefordshire, I would recon... to complain them as well so they know what sort of nobs they have given contracts to.
