Keep receipts from petrol stations etc when private car parking companies manage the car parks

I returned to Tesco express north of seven dials in Hove after receiving an unjustified fine last October when the teller didn't ring in the petrol with my groceries..despite me quoting the pump and amount £11.79..The private company Forecourt Eyes sign is so Tiny stuck to the pump facing the Tesco express that I couldn't easily read close up with good eyesight.I have photo but there is no attachment to use.Forecourt eye sent threatening letters demanding a large fine and added they would register the fact I didn't pay and would not be able to get petrol in uk until I paid!!! ATTENTIONALWAYS GET RECEIPTS AT PETROL STATIONS TO AVOID GETTING VICTIMISED BY PRIVATE CAR PARKING COMPANIES . This mistake by Tesco was acknowledged by manager who compensated me but admitted that he failed to reason with Forecourt Eye who dismissed his explanation againThis same company have taken control of a 20 minute parking bays at Tesco Expresswhich sets people up to fail as Signage is not good and time is inadequate for people getting petrol groceries and then perhaps facing queues to pay.SIGNAGE APPEARS TO BE POOR WITH SMALL PRINT WITH PRIVATE COMPANIES...THE TESCO EXPRESS UP FROM SEVEN DIALS IS A GREAT EXAMPLE AS IT IS UNNOTICABLE AND SETS PEOPLE UP TO FAIL IF THEIR PETROL WAS NOT RUNG IN.NATIONALLY SIGNAGE FOR ANY PRIVATE CAR PARKING COMPANY SHOULD BE CLEAR LARGE PRINT LIKE THE COUNCIL CAR PARK SIGNAGE.ALLEGEDLY THESE COMPANIES DONT GO TO COURT AS THEIR THREATING LETTERS SUGGEST AND IS SAID HAVE NO LEGAL STANDING...MANY PEOPLE SAY THEY IGNORE THE INTIMIDATING LETTERS WHICH ARE USED AS A FEAR FACTOR TO COERCE PEOLE INTO PAYING THEY FINES WHICH THEY DOUBLE AND TRIPLE ....WITH THREATENING LETTERS.THIS NATIONAL ISSUE NEEDS ADDRESSING ...WITH FAIR CLEAR LARGE PRINT SIGNS SO PEOPLE ARE AWARE THEIR REMIT. MOTORISTS NEED RESPECT.My case was an example of teller mistake for £11.79p and FORECOURT EYE I FEEL TREATED ME LIKE A CRIMINAL
