Same story as other reviewers. I purchased petrol at Tesco metro and when the cashier told me it was completed I left and didn’t give it another thought until I received a Forecourt letter stating I had not paid for fuel. Again, there is a picture of me holding up my phone at the cashier to pay. When a cashier confirms the payment has gone through you believe them. I did have concerns about this being a scam letter so checked the company credentials. I now wonder if Tesco the metro cashier did this deliberately? I will never use that service station again. Tesco Metro Clifton Lane Express Nottingham and will be informing Tesco they need to train their cashiers properly before they are working at the till.
