I received a payment demand based on a misread licence plate. Fortunately the photo evidence clearly showed a vehicle without a factory fitted sunroof, which my car has, a receipt with no veh. reg. no. and at a place I've never been in the vicinity of.Obviously looked up a guessed reg no and identified it as my diesel car which was fuelled with unpaid petrol.Due diligence would negate false representation and intimidation of innocent victims.
