A company that is set up just to make money off people when they've done nothing wrong. Tescos contactless payment service went down so I had to get my details taken like some others. I was told by the Tesco staff if I paid it straight away I wouldn't have to pay an additional charge but this wasn't to be true. Then I have this service charging me for the payment and then charging additional fees pay day for not paying. No customer service phone number available at the moment to sort this out either. How can you do this to people when they're not at fault?????? It was tescos contactless service that was at fault.
