I received a letter in the post that I had driven off, on a particular date without paying for petrol. Flabbergasted I replied however found that date I was not in the area. Since then I’ve been given 3 dates I was at the petrol station. Also told I’d driven off then did pay but should have checked I’d paid. Their tactics are the highest form of bullying I’ve experienced. I’ve gone from willing to pay at the earliest to making formal complaint about how this company can treat people when it’s clear they are errors. What’s wrong with the truth.
