Disgusting company, awful staff. I was fined for "Driving off without paying for fuel" yet the images showed my clearly at the cashiers desk with drinks, with my wallet out paying for them and the fuel. But not Shell, nore the manager at the garage gave a shit, they just wanted to slap me with a £60 fine because I hadn't recieved the letter in the first 14 days due to moving house. Not their proble.
