I was fined for an alleged unpaid fuel incident at Shell. The pumps there are fully automated, so it’s impossible to get fuel without authorising payment first. Clearly, this was a system error, but Forecourt Eye has refused to take responsibility or address the issue.As a result, I’m taking formal action with Trading Standards, the Consumer Ombudsman, and other authorities.Stay Tuned.
