They sent me a letter saying I had not paid for £30 petrol, so I had a look in my bank statements for that day and BP had charged me for the items I bought but not the petrol. I emailed them back saying I went in to pay and the cashier didn’t put my petrol through. They replied saying this has nothing do with them and it’s my fault. I waited 4 days for a reply to my email and unbeknownst to me they had risen the price to £90 as I hadn’t paid it straight away. It seems like this is a well put together scam and the petrol stations are probably in on it. Vile company and I hope whoever runs this business gets some serious karma. Scumbags.
