Nasty little company, who are employed by the likes of Shell and BP to claim back unpaid fuel expense. Issue is with low level companies like this they are not interested in facts, only in levying increases ‘Penalty’ charges they call admin fees. If you get one of there threatening letters go straight to the fuel company and stick the claim by ForeCourtEye in dispute. Heavens knows people are desperate for jobs, but to work for this nasty little company must really be new low. I suspect they will claim they catch 100’s of would be criminals, but just google who they do go after to see what they are really like.Update: 28th November 2024. I have reported this nasty little company to Trading Standards and Action Fraud. They are an UNREGULATED Business and NOT covered under the FCA so they can operate outside of the law like all Scam Companies! If you get a letter or had a letter call these people and report them: Action Fraud 03001232040, Trading Standards 03444111444 and the Credit Service Association 01912170775. The tactics this nasty little company employ are akin to extortion and they are 100% SCAM Business. I have also written to Shell and BP advising them that THEIR Supplier acting in such an aggressive manner with people.
