Just a bunch of con artists. My husband went to pay for fuel and a paper. He told the cashier the pump number and paid contactless then got a surprise letter. He checked the bank and they only charged for the paper. He spoke to forecourt eye in the phone and the guy was rude and obnoxious. Not helpful at all. If someone was gunna steal fuel, you'd steal more than £10. The cheek they want £10 and a £35 administration charge. We are happy to pay for the fuel as the clerk has made an error but not an administration charge to fund a bunch of con artists. The government really need to do something about these rouge firms!
