Poor customer service me to pay for fuel I had already paid with at petrol station.call saying I had date before admin fee increases or will be passed dept collection , was abruptly told I had to make payment from £20 i fuelled up to £68 for admin fees. Had no option to pay other wise increase in additional Admin cost. I told them fuel was paid for and only have option to go back to petrol station used and then asked them check payment made and to email that to they email . All this stress for fuelling my car is ridiculous. This company are doing fraud far as im concerned. Please be careful. Shame I should have declined the charges
