Have been using their Thyroid products for well over a decade and never had an issue with the quality of the product or their customer service, until recently. An email was sent with a discount code promotion and I decided to utilize it. Once I ordered the product (2 bottles) then entered the discount code, the appropriate amounts were deducted. But as soon as I got to the paywall, they added it all back in, in additional S&H fee's for regular mail. I contacted them repeatedly by email for almost an entire week asking them to honor the coupon. Instead of resolving the issue, I was repeatedly given lame excuses as to why the fee's were added back in.This is not only bad business, it actually borders on fraud in the inducement. There are 9 other reviews on a Reddit thread about their lack of care or value for their long time loyal customers. Luckily, there are other reputable companies that provide the same products. So much for Client or Customer retention practices or Client Loyalty Appreciation as it doesn't seem to be a part of their business model.
