For a purchase made on 02/25/2025, the service provided could have been impeccable, except that the sales rules were not respected, in fact customs charge are normally included in the sale price, except it turns out that we are obliged to pay these customs duties again just before delivery. Forest Master offers to reimburse you but on 03/06/2025 I still have not been reimbursed for these costs. Not great commercially.Finally my customs charge problem was resolved easily and quickly following my complaint on 06/03. I therefore thank Forest Master customer service for its quick response since as of 06/03 I was reimbursed for the amount of customs fees. I therefore change my rating from 2 to 4 stars.
