I had a large out door wooden store delivered by Roy yesterday. Such a lovely chap, he rang me half an hour before he got to my house. Unfortunately I couldn't be there but that was no problem for Roy who put all of the parts down the side of house, he closed the gates up & even pushed a window closed for me as I had left it open. He rang again to advise me to cover up the panels as some shouldn't get too wet as it was a horrible day weather wise. Can't fault Roy, who is obviously a dedicated member of your staff & a real asset to your company. 😊
