The Item I ordered, a leaning ladder desk for my hormonal teenage son was delivered in perfect condition within 2 working days of my order being placed.The desk had clear and easy instructions in pictorial form which were a breeze to follow and execute unlike most flat pack adventures (Quests to hatred and oblivion) had been in the past. My grunting, hulk of a 14 year old son loves his desk to such ends that the little tosspot actually did his bloody homework with my usual threats of future poverty or me throwing his phone down the toilet!
