My experience with Forever Flat pack was excellent.The website was clear and easy to navigate, Their prices are exceptionally competitive which is necessary for a single mother like me. The Item I ordered, a leaning ladder desk for my hormonal teenage son was delivered in perfect condition within 2 working days of my order being placed.The desk had clear and easy instructions in pictorial form which were a breeze to follow and execute unlike most flat pack adventures (Quests to hatred and oblivion) had been in the past. My grunting, hulk of a 14 year old son loves his desk to such ends that the little tosspot actually did his bloody homework with my usual threats of future poverty or me throwing his phone down the toilet! Nice!! I had a glass of wine and watched a Marvel movie in the time I saved ranting at him!Thank you so much for your great service. If you only made "Hanible Lecter" masks for the house rabbit my life would be complete!
There were wooden dowels missing in the draw set and the screws for the wardrobe draws were too short. I had to pay a carpenter to put both together as I had not the tools or the skill set to overcome the poor quality of the product. I am good at assembling furniture and usually enjoy it, this was a nightmare from beginning to end. The furniture is for my disabled grandson's room and he needs to understand when anything is changing and becomes very distressed when things don't go to plan. This furniture did not go to plan as the finished items were delayed by two days owing to the above mentioned. Very disappointing.
